    Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive informal written Quotes from qualified suppliers for the
    Purchase of Ballasts and Capacitors on an Annual Contract with four (4) renewal options for the
    Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation Department.
    Quotes should be typed or submitted in ink and returned to the Attention of Casey Beauston,
    Purchasing Associate III. Quotes should be received by 3:00 P.M. on June 12, 2026, via email at
    casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or sent to the Gwinnett County Financial Services - Purchasing
    Division – 2nd Floor, 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
    Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Casey Beauston via e-mail at
    casey.beauston@gwinnettcounty.com or calling 770-822-7995 by 3:00 P.M. on June 8, 2026. Quotes
    are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted.
    Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its

    Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Gwinnett
    County reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, to waive technicalities, and to make an award
    deemed in its best interest. Quotes may be split or awarded in entirety. Gwinnett County reserves the
    option to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at
    its discretion.
    Award notification will be posted after award on the County website, www.gwinnettcounty.com,
    and companies submitting a quote will be notified via email.

    PURCHASE OF BALLASTS AND CAPACITORS ON AN ANNUAL CONTRACT
    I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
    A. Scope
    Gwinnett County is seeking competitive informal quotes from qualified suppliers to provide ballasts and
    capacitors for the Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation.
    B. Quantities
    The estimated annual quantity shown on the Quote Schedule is based upon anticipated usage. The
    County may purchase more or less depending on requirements. Items will be ordered on an “as-needed”
    basis with no minimum quantity.
    C. Delivery
    Unit prices must include all shipping, handling, and delivery charges. Shipping is FOB destination to
    address specified on Quote Schedule.
    D. Samples
    Gwinnett County reserves the right to request samples of any/all items on Quote Schedule for
    evaluation purposes. Samples are to be provided within five (5) business days of request. Failure to
    provide samples for evaluation purposes within the time specified may result in rejection of quote.
    Samples must be furnished at supplier’s expense.
    E. Brand Name
    The use of brand name is not for restrictive purposes or to limit competition, but to assist suppliers in
    determining the standard of quality and basis of design Gwinnett County is seeking. It shall be
    understood that items equaling or surpassing the quality level are also acceptable. Gwinnett County
    shall be the sole determinant of acceptability of all approved equivalents. It is the supplier's
    responsibility to prove equivalent products equal or exceed the quality level of the product(s) specified.

    Gwinnett County requires pricing to remain firm for the duration of the initial term of the contract. Failure to hold firm pricing
    for the initial term of the contract will be sufficient cause for Gwinnett County to declare quote non-responsive. Contract to
