Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of Construction of the new Alliant Energy LightLine Bridge for connecting trails over the Cedar River (site of the former CRANDIC Railroad Bridge) located at Bridge over Cedar River, South of the intersection of Hull Ave. SE and 10th St. SE. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $11,300,000.
