The Iowa Department of Transportation’s (Iowa DOT) Field Operations Division is interested in entering into a professional services contract with one or two companies to provide staffing solutions to fulfill select duties normally performed by DOT Resident Construction Engineer staff for work on construction projects in DOT Districts 3 and 4. If your firm is interested in providing the described services, please submit a proposal stating your ability and availability to complete this work.
