A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, March 19, at 2:00 PM at the Ingleside
Compost Facility (ICF) located at 3001 Ingleside Drive, High Point, NC 27265. City staff will be
available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements.
All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend to prepare bids based on a full
understanding of project specifications.
