Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain sealed competitive bids for a term contract(s) to provide collection and disposal of trash, curbside recycling, yard waste and, potentially, food waste for designated Solid Waste Management Program (SWMP) customer addresses within SWMP’s Sanitary District (SD) in accordance with the requirements listed in this solicitation.
