NOTICE OF ADDENDUM No. 1

Notice to all potential bidders for the East Orange School District Solar PPA Project Request for Proposals

dated January 12, 2026:

Addendum No. 1

Issued January 15, 2026:

The East Orange School District has issued Addendum No. 1 to the above-referenced Request for

Proposals.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted on January 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in

Conference Room B in the Board of Education Building, located at 199 4th Avenue, East Orange,

NJ 07017. Potential bidders may also join such non-mandatory pre-bid meeting virtually via

Zoom at:

m=addon. Site tours with the School District personnel will be conducted thereafter on January

22, 2026 immediately following the pre-bid meeting. Site tours will continue the following day,

January 23, 2026 at 9:00a.m.
