No-Cost Request for Information (RFI) for Pricing and Availability of 100% integration of Collins Flight 2 avionics system and NP2000 upgrade for a C-130H aircraft.
1. The United States Government USG) C-130H Program Management Office (PMO) requests Lockheed Martin Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) service centers to provide a No-Cost Pricing and Availability for integration of Flight 2 Avionics System and NP2000 for the C-130H Aircraft. It is anticipated that a fleet of 3-6 C-130H aircraft will require this modification.
2. Request Company to provide a No-Cost Pricing and Availability for integration, test plan, technical data changes, drawing package, and non-recurring engineering (NRE) required to install the Flight 2 Avionics System and NP2000 propeller modification for C-130H encompassing the following overarching capabilities:
a. Lead time:
• Group A modification (once kits arrive)
• Group B modification to delivery
b. Supportability: Please provide procurement and repair capability.
c. OEM Engineering/Technical Assistance: Collins to provide reach back support.
3. With the P&A, provide a response to any service or capabilities that cannot be provided or priced. Please provide any alternatives services or capabilities that can be provided and priced if possible.
4. Requested Return Date 20 days from date of this RFI. Response requested by 1700 on 28102024. This RFI is for market research purposes only and is not binding direction from the USG. No impact to contract schedule or price is intended by this letter. If a contract schedule or price impact is determined by the Contractor, the undersigned should be notified by written correspondence. No action is authorized without further Contracting Officer direction.
