Summary
The City of Leesburg desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed Contractor who is qualified under API 1104 and meets the Operator Qualifications requirements of the City of Leesburg Natural Gas Department to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and incidentals to abandon and install approximately 1,500 feet of 6-inch steel natural gas main in accordance with specifications associated with this solicitation. Work shall include boring under the Florida Turnpike along U.S. Highway 27.
