NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – Beyond Trust (Bomgar) Platform
The identified vendor will:
Provide Beyond Trust (Bomgar) Platform.
1. Remote Support Capability: The solution must provide secure remote access tools that
allow IT support staff to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve workstation, software, and
user-related issues without requiring an in-person visit.
2. Operational Continuity: The solution must support daily service desk operations and
provide reliable access for resolving technical issues that affect County employee
services.
3. Security and Access Control: The solution must include secure authentication, session
controls, audit logging, and permission based.
4. Existing System Continuity: The solution must maintain continuity with the County’s
current remote support process, minimizing disruption to support staff.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. Beyond Trust (Bomgar) Platform will be delivered … OR for the period of July 7, 2026 –
June 30,2027.

In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on Julu 17, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
