Project Description: Traffic Paint is used in Highways Maintenance Striping program that covers approximately 1,000 miles of Harford County Roads. The State of Maryland requires that the yellow pigment must be certified and meet specific requirements per the current edition of the Standard Specification for Construction Materials, section 951.01 Pavement Markings Materials.
