Palm Beach County's Office of Financial Management and Budget (OFMB) is seeking submittals from qualified Consultants for the preparation of the County's Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and Indirect Cost Rate Proposal for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2025 - 2027, and possibly fiscal years 2028 and 2029. Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 Appendix V and VII, requires Palm Beach County to develop an Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and Indirect Cost Rate Proposal to charge for their indirect costs as part of the total reimbursable program cost. The Consultant shall be responsible for preparing an Indirect Cost Allocation Plan and Indirect Cost Rate Proposal that is compliant with Title 2 Part 200 Appendix V and VII of the Code of Federal Regulations. In addition, these rates are used as a basis for charging various enterprise operations in the County, such as the Palm Beach County Airports Department and Water Utilities Department.
