Project Description: The Town of Barnstable Procurement Office on behalf of the Department of Public Works, Barnstable Transfer Station, hereby requests proposals for Hauling and Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Recyclables. The Town is offering a five-year contract commencing January 1, 2026. Proposals will be accepted from qualified contractors who have demonstrated experience and expertise in municipal contracts of similar scope, and volume of services.
