Request for Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for Construction Services for the Eagle County Engineering Department Office Remodel

Eagle County is soliciting GMP Proposals for construction services for a remodel of the Eagle County Engineering Department office space located at 500 Broadway St, Eagle, Colorado 81631. Construction services to be provided are a reconfiguration of 800 square feet of second floor office spaces in an existing building including, but is not limited to: installation or adjustment of interior partition walls, interior doors, light switches (remote), light fixtures, electrical outlets, sprinkler heads, electrical receptacles, ceiling registers and diffusers, and HVAC modifications (collectively, the “Project”) as per the Construction Drawings. An optional pre-bid meeting for all Proposers will take place on August 18, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., local time at the Eagle County Engineering Department office space (beginning from the front security desk) located at 500 Broadway St, Eagle, Colorado 81631.

Proposals must be received by email, attention Nicole Mosby, Sr. Project Manager, by email to nicole.mosby@eaglecounty.us on or before 3:00 p.m., MDT, September 3, 2026. No telephone or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any proposal received after this time will not be considered unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.
