Solicitation Summary
2 year janitorial IFB for MDOT SHA D2 Office in Chestertown on the Eastern Shore. In-person tour required prior to bid opening time. To schedule a tour, email btarr@mdot.maryland.gov 615 Morgnec Rd, Chestertown, Maryland 21620 Main line 410-810-3250
Minimum crew size of 2 people. Minimum hours worked per day is 4 hours each. The facility is open from 7AM to 2:30PM. Cleaning days are Tuesdays and Fridays, unless it is a state holiday.
SHA shall provide trash bags, hand towels rolls for bathrooms and kitchen, deodorizers, toilet paper, and hand soap. Vendor to supply their own equipment, other supplies, and training of their staff. SHA does not train your new hires.
There is a sign-in and sign-out sheet to log emlployee time. Estimated start date, September 6th, 2026
