SMCDSS Fleet Vehicle Cleaning

The St. Mary's County Department of Social Services is soliciting bids for fleet vehicle detailing services. The contractor will proviide interior and exterior cleaning of agency vehciles on weekends at the agency's primary location in Leonardtown, Maryland. Services will include routine detailing of approximately half of the fleet each weekend, with pricing submitted on a per-vehicle bases for passenger vehicles and van. Offerors shall also provide separate pricing for stain and odor removal services, which will be requested on an as-needed basis. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment, water, cleaning supplies, and materials necessary to perform the services. The resulting contract will ensure the agency fleet remains clean, sanitary, and available for daily use.
