The Work for the Project generally consists of selective demolition, and upgrades and improvements to HVAC systems and equipment and related work within the Bacon Academy School Building located at 611 Norwich Avenue, Colchester, Connecticut, including upgrades to existing mechanical equipment and the addition of air-conditioning to portions of the building, and will include all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction of the Project in accordance with, and more particularly described in, and as may be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents. The specific work for this Project will be defined and included within the Contract Documents.
