The purpose of amendment 0002 is to incorporate a mandatory 100-mile geographic requirement for self-performing offerors within the technical documentation criteria, and update the estimated Period of Performance (PoP) calendar dates. The original Request for Quotation (RFQ) is hereby replaced in its entirety; please see the attached documentation for the fully revised RFQ.

The purpose of this amendment is to formally incorporate the Government’s responses to industry questions via the attached Questions and Answers (Q&A) document.

Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the original Request for Quotation (RFQ) remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
