THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0001 TO RFQ 36C25926Q0607 IS TO ANSWER VENDOR QUESTIONS.
VENDOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS PROVIDED BELOW:
Looking over the solicitation and the statement of need, could you clarify if it s one sink or three. Based on the solicitation we see one but then when looking at the different measurements in the salient characteristics it seems like three.

Answer: The solicitation is for One (1) PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sink and accessories or Equal. See attached updated SON.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE: If the 30-day window is driven by an operational, need I am not aware of, that is a complete answer and I will plan accordingly.
Answer: The 30 day lead time is not a mandatory requirement. Please submit your quotes with the manufacturer s stated lead times, and they will be reviewed to determine what best meets the needs of the VA

Correction to Volume III of paragraph k:
Answer: Volume III of paragraph K is corrected to read:

Volume III Completion of VAAR 852.219-76 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Supplies and Products (Jan 2023) (Deviation) and RFO 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate.
The offeror shall complete the provision VAAR 852-219-76 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Compliance for Supplies and Products and submit with their quote.

Offerors shall submit a completed Buy American Certificate in accordance with the requirements of RFO 52.225 2, Buy American Certificate. The certificate must clearly identify whether each end product offered is a domestic end product or a foreign end product as defined by the clause. Failure to provide a properly completed certificate may render the quote ineligible for award.
