Sealed bids are invited for the Renovations to SWVA Regional Readiness Center Repair - Restoration, VAFM PN 23- 0007, PC#123-B3123-004 in Abingdon, VA.The project is generally described as the limited renovation of approximately 52,800 SF of the Southwest Virginia Readiness Center. This project will repair and restore an existing facility to provide new finishes, roof access, HVAC upgrades, electrical & data drops in various rooms, removal of existing equipment and appurtenances that are no longer required and update any code related issues. Additive Bid Item #1 is generally described as is generally described as construct a new entry foyer outside the existing front doorway. Additive Bid Item #2 is generally described as construct an additional stairway in the entry foyer.Sealed bids will be received electronically through eVA. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 PM sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on September 15, 2026.
