NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract FURNISH & INSTALL CHAIN LINK FENCE 26-023-PW on or before March 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be
obtained by email at donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must
be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Effective January 21, 2025, the County of DuPage (“County”) is only accepting Bids electronically at
donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov. Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be
notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids
transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

DuPage County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures. Bidders shall be responsible to confirm receipt of its submission.

Bid openings are open to the public. All openings will be attended by two (2) County employees.

STATEMENT OF WORK

The DuPage County (“County”) Public Works Department is seeking bidders to furnish and install 560 LF of 6’ high galvanized chain link fence at the Marianbrook Facility in Darien, Illinois.
