CALIFORNIA UNIFORM PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COST ACCOUNTING ACT
The City of Daly City adopted Resolution No. 11-66 on May 23, 2011, electing the City to be subject to the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act. These informal bidding procedures allow Public Works construction projects, as defined in the California Public Contract Code (PCC), meeting specific criteria for cost to be performed by the contract acquired by informal bidding procedures. This list is updated annually as applications are received.
