The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals and enter into a contract through competitive negotiations for the professional services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firm, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, with demonstrated experience in the planning, programming, design, and construction administration of collegiate athletic facilities, stadiums, and related sports venues.The selected A/E firm shall provide comprehensive professional services for the design and construction of a new baseball stadium at George Mason University's Fairfax Campus. Services necessary to deliver a modern, sustainable, and high-performing collegiate baseball facility.The project is intended to create a premier NCAA Division I baseball venue that enhances the student-athlete experience, supports competitive excellence, strengthens fan engagement, promotes community connection, and advances the strategic goals of George Mason Athletics. The A/E shall provide all services in accordance with the current edition of the George Mason University Higher Education Capital Outlay (HECO) Manual, applicable state regulations, and all directives governing the design and construction of public facilities in the Commonwealth of Virginia
