The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to contract with a contractor that has the skills, abilities and knowledge to install approximately 4,800 linear feet of 12-inch waterline, 175 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, installation of 474 linear feet of 16-inch HDPE by HDD bore, installation of 440 linear feet of 16-inch HDPE by HDD bore and all associated appurtenances as shown on the plans.
