Trail Construction RFPRequest for Proposals

The City of Helena is requesting proposals from firms capable of providing the necessary trail construction labor, supervision, and equipment for a bike trail construction project located within the Mt Ascension Natural Park portion of the City of Helena’s open space system. Proposals should be submitted no later than 5:00 PM, February 16, 2026, to Open Lands Manager, Parks Department, Open Lands Division, City of Helena, City-County Building, 316 North Park Avenue, Helena, MT 59623 or blangsather@helenamt.gov.



Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on February 16, 2026.
