Request for Proposal for Landscaping Services

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority (the “Airport Authority”) is requesting proposals for various landscaping services at Huntsville International Airport (the “Airport”), 1000 Glenn Hearn Blvd SW, Huntsville, AL 35824. Contractors interested in submitting a proposal for the services may request a copy of the complete Request for Proposals (“RFP”) by emailing Tracie McIllwain, Project Manager, at tmcillwain@hsvairport.org or Karen Taylor, Facilities Coordinator, at ktaylor@hsvairport.org .

All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and other documents contained in the RFP no later than 5:00 p.m. CT on July 14, 2025. Bid bonds and payment and performance bonds are not required on this project.

There will be a pre-bid conference at 2:00 p.m. CT on June 13, 2025 at the Airport Facilities Building, 104 Facility Way, Huntsville, AL 35824. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is not mandatory, but it is highly encouraged, as the pre-bid conference will be the only opportunity for a site visit to the various service locations.
