Project Description: The Department of Transportation and Public Works is seeking Bids for the new construction of roadway and crosswalk paving, sidewalk and ramp paving, signs and markings, and traffic signal construction as part of the Pearl Street at Flora Street Intersection Improvements, and associated work as outlined in the approved plan set and bid packet.
