    From its beginning in 1927 in the basement of the old Marin County Courthouse in San Rafael, the Marin County Free Library (MCFL) has grown to a network of 10 branches throughout the County. The library system serves the City of Novato, the Towns of Corte Madera and Fairfax, and the unincorporated areas of Marin County. The MCFL public spaces require regular updates to furniture in order to maintain a comfortable and accessible environment for patrons. This contract is intended to replace selected indoor and outdoor furniture that is outdated, visibly worn, or no longer suitable for public use.
