A schedule of current insurance policies showing the type of coverage, renewals dates, annual premiums and required coverage limits and deductibles.
What is the current brokerage fee arrangement- including terms and compensation?
The schedule is provided: Addendum 1
I wanted to verify/get further clarification regarding question 7 under the Agent/Broker Qualification – it states that Troup County BOC must be shown as additional insured on the General Liability and Cyber Liability.
I wanted to make sure that this was for the Cyber and not Professional E&O.
The county would want to be named as an additional insured on the brokers professional E&O coverage and its cyber coverage
I understand that the RFP for the Liability and Property Insurance is due on Mar 27, 2025. Is this a 4-year renewable contract, or is it renewed annually?
Additionally, will there be any additional information on the risk provided? We couldn’t find any other documentation attached.
It is a yearly contract that automatically renews at the pleasure of the Troup County Board of Commissioners.
Can you clarify if this RFP is for an insurance quote or just a broker qualification? If this is for a qualified broker, will a separate RFP be issued for a formal insurance coverage quote?
This RFP is just for broker qualification and then to ask that ACCG submit a bid to review that can be compared to what the broker provides Troup County.
