NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town Board of the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY, does hereby invite sealed bids with an offer to purchase:

One (1) 1985 GMC Gas Fire Truck. Minimum bid $2,000. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Fire Truck Bid."

One (1) 2005 Sterling Diesel Tandem Dump Truck. Minimum bid $20,000. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Dump Truck Bid.”

One (1) 2 ½ - 3 yard Stainless Steel Spreader with gas engine. Minimum bid $400. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “Spreader Bid.”
Items can be seen at the Town of Chester Highway Garage, 31 Landfill Road, Chestertown, NY 12817. For additional information or questions, contact Jason at 518-494-2014.
Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY, or in person at the Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, on or before May 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Clerk’s Office at 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY on May 12, 2025 at 1:00 pm.
The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
