Dear Dr. Kinlaw,

Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that HealthFront, P.C., has been selected as the most

qualified vendor to provide Services as the Medical Director for Santa Fe County, RFP No. 2026-

0355-PSD/TJ.

At this time, it’s the County’s intent to enter into contract negotiations. Santa Fe County

Purchasing Division would like to set up a negotiation meeting to discuss the contract terms and

price. Please let me know what dates and times work best for you. No work can be performed until

a contract is fully executed and awarded.
