Dear Mr. Ingram,

Congratulations! I am pleased to inform you that Raftelis has been selected as the most qualified

vendor to provide Consulting Services for the Staffing and Growth Assessments for the Santa Fe

County Fire Department, RFP No. 2026-0109-FD/TJ.

At this time, it’s the County’s intent to enter into contract negotiations. Santa Fe County

Purchasing Division would like to set up a negotiation meeting to discuss the contract terms and

price. Please let me know what dates and times work best for you. No work can be performed until

a contract is fully executed and awarded.
