I. Project Information
A. Objective
The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is pursuing a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) and seeking the services of a qualified consulting firm (“Respondent”) to develop a growth plan for the SAWS’ District Cooling System (DCS) with a focus on the following areas: City of San Antonio (COSA) Project Marvel, Western Downtown San Antonio, and a potential third site should one arise (optional). Respondent is expected to focus on both the technical and business development components associated with building a new district cooling system in a fashion that provides a reliable method of cooling buildings, while providing a positive return on investment to the SAWS DCS business.
