Project Description: Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, hereinafter called MSD, seeks to establish a contract for the purchase of 12-Ton Tandem Axel Trainer. Vendors that wish to act in concert with a secondary component supplier shall identify one vendor as the Primary Bidder, and have that vendor submit the Proposal for the complete unit.
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to provide minimum specifications for the purchase of equipment that meets the requirements of MSD. This Invitation to Bid establishes essential criteria, which describe the design, function, performance and appearance of 12-Ton Tandem Axel Trailer of sufficient size and design.
