MARKET SURVEY
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), FAA Logistics Center, is conducting this market survey to identify qualified sources capable of providing lead-based paint remediation services for a seventy-foot (70') lattice communications tower located within Coconino National Forest, Arizona, in support of the U.S. Forest Service (USFS).
No telephone inquiries will be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing via email to the Contracting Specialist identified below.
This market survey is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Screening Information Request (SIR), Request for Proposal (RFP), or commitment by the Government to procure services. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time and will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
The purpose of this survey is to obtain statements of interest, capability information, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from firms capable of performing the services described in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). Responses will also assist the FAA in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy, including the potential for small business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), or SBA 8(a) set-asides.
