NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the THERAPY CONSULTING SERVICES: PHYSICIAL, OCCUPATIONAL, SPEECH AND RESPIRATORY THERAPY 25-092-DCC on or before October 9, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at DemandStar. All proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.
Electronic signatures are allowed, and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.
STATEMENT OF WORK
This Proposal is to furnish and deliver Therapy Consulting Services: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy for the DuPage Care Center.
