NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract COMMUNITY WELLNESS PARTNER FOR DUPAGE COUNTY CARE CENTER 25-100-DCC on or before October 9, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

DuPage County Care Center (DPCC) is currently seeking proposals to manage and expand the current community wellness program offered to 55 and older.
