DPD seeks services for selective demolition and renovation of an approximately 13,164 sf one-story office building. This project includes all associated utilities and support requirements. Site work includes modifications to existing sidewalks to accommodate new ADA Accessible ramps and parking space painting for ADA
Accessible parking stalls.

All bid docs must be uploaded to IMPACS. Vendors must also enter their bid in the items section of the RFB.
