Description
Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W355B-234735/A dated 12 September 2024 with a closing of 20 December 2025 at 15:00 AST. Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMFCS) is involved with the rebuilding and testing of Internal Combustion Engines. The testing is completed using a Taylor Model DX36 Engine Dynamometer. FMFCS has a requirement to upgrade the controls, data acquisition and instrumentation associated with this dynamometer to improve reliability and functionality.
