This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Children, Youth, & Families (DCYF), intend to enter into an agreement for up to 24 months with Articulate Global, LLC for cloud services referred to as Articulate 360 Teams Plan and AI Assistant.
Articulate 360 Teams Plan, which includes but not limited to; support services, updates and/or modifications will be used by DCYF to custom e-Learning courses. Information obtained by Articulate Global, LLC is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source.
