NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Bozeman, Montana, is accepting sealed bids for:
Bozeman City Hall Interior RemodelPhysical sealed Bids for Construction of the Bozeman City Hall Interior Remodel will be received by the City Clerk at City Hall, 121 North Rouse Avenue, Suite 202. PO box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771 until 12:00 p.m. (local time) on November 21st, 2024 and then publicly opened and read aloud.
Project Description: Interior Renovation of the Bozeman City Hall, including several new exterior windows.
Please write the name of the project on the front of the sealed bid.

Physical Bids must be received before 12:00 p.m. on November 21st, 2024. Original physical copies must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to bidders at the address above - no faxed or electronic bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened and read following the close of bids.
The Contract Documents and required forms may be obtained on the Montana Builder’s Exchange website.
There will be an optional Pre-Bid Conference at Bozeman City Hall at 10:30 a.m. on October 30th, 2024. Interested CONTRACTORS are encouraged to attend.
CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR’S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). Forms for registration are available from the DLI, PO Box 8011, 1805 Prospect, Helena, Montana 59604-8011. Information on registration can be obtained by calling (406) 444-7734. CONTRACTOR is not required to have registered with the DLI prior to bidding on this project, but must have registered prior to execution of the Construction Agreement. All laborers and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as may be required by the laws of Gallatin County and the state of Montana.
