The Agricultural Resources Division of Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS) has received funding to install several miles of perimeter fence to protect the agricultural land owned by the county and to keep the tenant’s livestock secure and safe. We have also received funding to install several Center Pivot irrigation systems on Boulder County Parks & Open Space properties. The fencing and center pivot projects will be referred to as Projects(s) within this procurement package.\
We are requesting the services of a company to assist in writing the Request for Proposals (RFPs) for said Project(s), manage the procurement of soliciting bids, within the parameters of Boulder County Policy & Procedures, for said projects in cooperation with BCPOS contract specialists and ultimately manage the project from the start of work to the final inspection.
