New Years Eve Fireworks Display 2025

The City of Shelton (“City”) is seeking competitive bids for New Years Eve Fireworks Display, 2025.

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent via the OpenGov Procurement Portal up to 11:00 am on Friday, October 25, 2024

If any bidder needs help in submitting their bid, they may contact Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton, CT at: 203-924-1580 and make an appointment with them to assist in submitting the bid to the City through OpenGov's E-procurement portal.

It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide labor, materials, equipment and all else necessary for New Years Eve Firework Display based on the attached specifications.

Notes:

1. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to see that the bid is received by the City of Shelton Purchasing Department prior to the time and date noted above.
2. The bid opening will be in Room 200-B, Purchasing Department of Shelton City Hall at 11:00 am on Friday, October 25, 2024 and will comply with Covid-19 restrictions in place at the time.
