Project Description: 2025 Parking Structure Rehabilitation includes miscellaneous repairs and maintenance to the parking structure facilities at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The work includes miscellaneous concrete repairs, concrete beam delamination repairs, expansion joint sealant replacement, construction joint rehabilitation, water repellant application, caulk sealant removal and replacement, traffic coating application, floor drain replacement, parking stall striping, miscellaneous plumbing repairs, miscellaneous electrical repairs, miscellaneous technology repairs, metal railing section replacement, maintenance, and repairs, architectural storefront replacement, stair core painting, stair core landing replacement, new static signage installation, and miscellaneous architectural repairs.
