Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Healthcare System, VISN 20 Contracting Activity intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to ConexSys, Inc. This proposed action is for additional equipment/services for the HI-IQ environment to include 3 Opticon Bar Code Scanners, 8 hours pre-implementation web training, 2 days on-site Go-Live support/Training, Onsite inventory set-up, 10 hours post implementation web training, 20 hours of remote project management and implementation assistance for the Puget Sound VA Health Care System. It will also include 2 additional software modules and room licenses.
The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.303-2 and FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 5 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Responses are due by 10/30/2024 3:00pm MST.
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94, 2005-95, dated 1/19/2017. The North America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219 Other Electronic Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
