Bid 25-03 / Flagging and Traffic Control Services

Project Description: Louisville Water Company is requesting bids for temporary traffic control services for flagging and lane closure operations. Services include delivery, setup, maintaining, and dismantling of traffic control devices and providing qualified traffic control flaggers to maintain work zones. The primary objective of the service is to maintain a safe work zone and safe traffic flow for the public and for field personnel during maintenance operations, utility work, street construction or any other LWC related activity being performed in or near a public roadway. The Contractor shall be capable of providing these services 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Assignments may be made on a scheduled basis or on short-term notice. The Contractor is expected to provide these services under all situations as requested by Louisville Water Company.
