Background:
The National Research Station wishes to order Kane Roof Replacements.
Decision:
Chief Construction Co Inc. maintain an active registration in www.sam.gov; they have a highly favorable performance record in CPARS; they have no debarments, suspensions, or federal tax delinquencies; and are otherwise eligible to receive this BPA (see full responsibility determination on file).
The unit pricing was determined to be fair and reasonable at time of award for 12445525C0021. Pricing was below IGCE. Market conditions since contract award do not trend towards reductions in pricing: and the minimal quantities required, would not favor the possibility of bulk discount(s).
