Light to Medium Duty Vehicle Collision Repair

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD), is seeking qualified vendors to provide as-needed light to medium duty vehicle collision repair services for City-owned vehicles and equipment for Fiscal Year 2027.

Services may include body repair, frame repair, paint work, refinishing, replacement of damaged components, decal replacement coordination, glass replacement coordination, alignment related to collision damage, diagnostic inspections, and other related collision repair services necessary to restore vehicles to safe operating condition.

BSFMD maintains and supports a diverse municipal fleet utilized by multiple City departments. The fleet includes sedans, SUVs, pickup trucks, vans, and medium-duty vehicles that may require collision repair services due to accidents, operational damage, vandalism, or other incidents.

The City seeks qualified vendors capable of providing timely and reliable collision repair services to support continued fleet availability and operational readiness.
