| Solicitation Document Description: |
The summary of work consists of repairs and upgrades to the existing one-storey washroom building (constructed in 1960), including investigation, assessment, and rehabilitation of the building envelope and interior finishes.
The work also includes conversion of the existing gender-specific washrooms into private, fully accessible, gender-neutral universal washrooms designed for year-round use. The successful Bidder will provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, permits, temporary facilities, and construction services required to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. |

Mandatory Site Meeting
.1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at 11:00am local time on August 19, 2026 at Stanley Park North Washroom, 890 King Street West, Toronto. Meet the City Representative at the south facing entrance. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
