The project will be delivered utilizing a phased approach as the Hospital will need to best maintain operations throughout the process. This RFQ tender excludes these previously tendered scopes: earthworks, site utilities, site concrete, piling, foundations, rebar, waterproofing, radon membrane, interior slab, structural steel.
