General Contractor Services

Description of goods to services to be bid:

The General Contractor (GC) will assist NYSERDA in the overall management of NYSERDA’s office build out at 1333 Broadway, New York, NY
entire 6th Floor and partial 7th floor. Work will include but is not limited to architectural and structural replacements, renovations, and repairs to
conference rooms, office spaces, workstations, showers, restrooms, stairways, break rooms, windows, flooring, ceiling systems, interior finishes
as well as upgrades and modifications to fire alarm systems, elevators, and new and existing mechanical, electrical equipment/services, security
and data/communications systems to increase energy efficiency. Services will include, but not be limited to, constructibility review, field check,
value engineering, bid package review, scheduling (both during design and construction phase) and general contractor services.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:

Each page of the proposal should state the name of the proposer, the RFP number, and the page number.
To be considered for award under this RFP, the Proposer must be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of NYSERDA’s Evaluation Team that it
has successfully managed:
• Buildout of at least three (3) commercial office spaces (at least 30,000 square feet) in the last three years.
• Incorporation of sustainable design practices, as set forth by Executive Order #22, Local Law #97, and LEED Certification in the
above-referenced designs.
